- Attendance, filming and snapshots at rehearsal session

- Wireless microphones at the ceremony – full audio coverage

- Coverage at the reception with two cameras – including interviews
with the wedding party and family – digital photos of the preceding
activities are provided on laptop display at the reception
- Exquisitely edited and produced documentary of your rehearsal and
wedding day, including credits, transitions, special effects and indexing
of the DVD providing separate chapters for each activity
- VideoPhoto production of highlights (10-20 minutes, including music
of your choice, which are carefully and elegantly
integrated with the video and photos
- Three copies of each DVD+r (or VHS), including the Documentary and
VideoPhoto, each set enclosed in custom cases with special photo labels
featuring the bride and groom
OPTIONS – yes, we can do much more to document and advertise your
special event, including providing what is necessary to allow you to
do your own editing and production
INTERVIEW – Bride and groom tell their story - $595
- Filming of the bride and groom well before the wedding, on location
telling how they met and reliving the beautiful moments leading up
to the wedding – integrated into a separate chapter in the Documentary
DVD or reception video slideshow (see below)
RECEPTION VIDEO SLIDESHOW - $795
(This option is discounted to $595 if included in the video package
with the Interview Option at contract signing.)
- Includes scanning of up to 50 photos, may include courtship pictures,
bridal shower, engagement party, wedding invitation, etc., whatever
you have to offer
- This can include excerpts from the Interview (purchased separately)
- One DVD or VHS tape provided for viewing at your reception or rehearsal
- Set to music of your choosing
- Additional images are $50 per 20 additional photos
PICTURE CD - $495
- A tremendous value, this is a digital copy of all 5-Megabit photographic
images that have been taken
- Includes hundreds of images, taken in accordance with your wishes
- Available within 48 hours after your wedding day – no more
waiting weeks for those precious pictures
- Includes three copies of the CD-R disk with custom label with granting
of unlimited reproduction rights
- Additional copies of CD-R created and mailed per your instructions
for just $25 each
PHOTOMONTAGE DVD - $295
- Available only with the Picture CD option – transcribes all
the high quality digital photos we have taken to DVD video disk, set
to music you provide – this is an interesting and moving way
to present a photographic record of your wedding
DIGITAL VIDEO MASTERS - $995
- This option provides a copy of each edited DVD transcribed back onto
Digital Video (mini-DV) tape, which later, using your own DV Camera,
can be used for input to your own editing system – also included
are the original, unedited master DV tapes of all activities associated
with your event with unlimited rights to copy
- ADDITIONAL COPIES of DVD (or VHS Tape) - $50 each disk or tape
WEB SITE COVERAGE - $295
- Have your very own web page on the SummitVideoPhoto web site within
48 hours of your ceremony AND it will stay
active for 2 months after your event date (additional
months of viewing are available).
- You’ll receive an email with the URL to send out to your family
and friends prior to your wedding.
- While on your honeymoon, stop by an Internet café and check
out your web page; it’s a great way to “recapture” the
emotion and special moments of your wedding day
PAYMENT PLANS:
- 1st Deposit (due at contract signing) - 30%
- 2nd Deposit (due 1 week before wedding) - 30%
- Final payment (due at delivery of video) - 40%
- Cancellation of wedding more than 30 days before the scheduled event – Deposit
is refunded, less a $300 reservation fee
- Cancellation within 30 days of the event (or after filming for the
Interview or Video Slideshow has started) – deposits are non-refundable
Summit VideoPhoto supports our men and women in
uniform – we provide a 20% discount
for military weddings, where the bride and/or groom are married in uniform. Additionally,
for any wedding that is canceled or delayed as a result of military service,
all cancellation fees will be waived.
